Job Description:

  • Independently analyze, direct and solve Power BI customer issues.
  • Use tools like Cisco WebEx, screen shares to resolve client issues every day.
  • Provide user access and permissions based on their support request.
  • Translate the user problem to a technical problem and resolve it.
  • Production of daily and weekly status reports of issues.
  • Understand the Insurance domain/business and use the domain knowledge to add
  • value to daily tasks.

Specifications (Skills):

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Power BI in depth knowledge (access models, security model, sources, visualizations, field by field analysis)
  • Data Model and Data Base knowledge.
  • SQL writing and analysis, using SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Development background a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good communication (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of insurance business a plus.
  • Quick learner and able to balance multiple tasks.
  • Work US CST hours.

Recruitment Criteria:

  • Graduation – BCA/MCA/B.Sc Computer Science, B.E.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Certification in Power BI is a plus
  • Experience – 1 to 2 years in a technical support role (Power BI)

Selection Methodology:

  • HR Interview
  • Technical Interview with Reporting Manager and Process Manager.
